Many users of our helper tool ask how effective the automatic 3-for-1 catalyst exchange at the Reforging Bench is in the current Path of Exile 2 economy. We decided to conduct a large-scale experiment by purchasing 5,000 "trash" catalysts to test the actual profit margins in practice.

Sibilant Catalyst: 104 units
After selling all the obtained catalysts on the market, the total revenue was 8,750 Exalted Orbs.
Net Profit: 3,750 Exalts (approximately 37.5 Divines at the current exchange rate).
Running Time: 1 hour.
Gold Costs: Approximately 1.5 - 2 million Gold was required for the initial purchases and subsequent bench operations.
The experiment confirms that the 3-for-1 reforge method remains highly profitable in PoE 2, provided you have a surplus of Gold and a tool to automate the process. Earning nearly 40 Divines in an hour while the program runs in the background is an excellent result for any stage of the league.
